The products will be sent to you the next working day after the confirmation of payment and the package will contain the legal tax document (receipt or invoice if applicable).

After you have browsed our online store and you have selected the products you are interested in, describe in your email or by phone from Monday to Friday 10:00-15:00, the products you are interested in with their code, the quantities you want and the address where you want the shipment to be made. In turn, we will reply to you to inform you about the availability of the products, their cost and shipping costs. You then confirm your order and pay for it by card payment, Paypal, bank deposit or cash on delivery (available for shipments within Greece only).
Whichever way you choose to order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details of your order.
You have the right to return for any reason products purchased online or through other distance selling means, such as by telephone, mail order or from a door-to-door seller, within 14 days of receipt, with a full refund of the amount paid. This amount includes the cost of delivery to you (excluding any additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method we offer). If the end of the withdrawal period coincides with a public holiday, the period will be extended until the next working day. To cancel your purchase, it is not sufficient to simply return the products, but you must inform ZЄLIA HERBAL HOLISTIC COSMETICS of your wish to do so. We will execute the above refund within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request, provided we have received the returned products, using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. The shipping on your part of returned products is at your own expense.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by letter sent by post, fax or email. The letter of withdrawal must contain the following information:

The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice), proving the transaction and must be in its original condition without having been unsealed, opened or used.
